A signature that carries responsibility
Plans intended for the authorities are prepared under the responsibility of a surveying engineer registered with the Order, who is personally accountable for them.
The firm
Ellipsoide carries out topographic and cartographic studies and works for private individuals, construction professionals, public bodies and companies, mainly in the Fez-Meknes region.
The managing director
Ali Oufrid graduated in geomatic sciences and surveying engineering from the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (IAV), and holds a master's degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Maine (United States).
Before founding Ellipsoide, he worked in the public geodesy, cadastre and cartography services. This experience explains the place that geodetic networks and large cadastral contracts hold in our references.
He is registered on the roll of the National Order of Surveying Engineers (ONIGT) and personally signs the plans and files prepared by the firm.
Our commitments
These commitments stem from our professional obligations. They apply to every assignment, whatever its size.

During boundary marking, we observe and measure; we do not take sides. Neighbouring owners are summoned and their observations recorded, in accordance with the procedure.
Your titles, deeds and plans are used only for your assignment. References for private individuals are never published.
A written quote before any work, separating our fees from the charges and duties collected by the authorities.
