Your project, your questions.
The procedures are not the same for a family buying land, an architect applying for a permit or a public body launching a tender. We point you in the right direction from the first conversation.
Buying, building, inheriting
- Land title or melkia (customary ownership deed): know what you are buying
- Check that the boundaries on the ground match the plan
- Topographic plan for your building permit application
- Dividing land between heirs
Design and sell
- Topographic plans for planning applications
- Subdivisions and plot divisions
- Co-ownership and sales plans
- Site setting-out and as-built surveys
Public contracts and major projects
- Large-area surveys and cadastral files
- Geodetic networks and control points
- Forest and water public domain
- Survey support for road and utility works
Method
A clear assignment, from the first call to the delivery of plans.
At every stage you know what has been done, by whom, and what remains — including with the authorities.
File review
You send us the documents you have: title, registration application, deed, location plan. We identify the appropriate procedure and anything missing.
Written quote
Scope of work, estimated timeframe, fees and administrative costs shown separately.
Fieldwork
Survey by GNSS, total station or laser scanner as needed — and by drone when the project warrants it — tied to the official coordinate system.
Computations and plans
Computations, checks and plans prepared and then signed by the surveying engineer.
Submission and follow-up
Submission to the cadastre office or the relevant authority, follow-up until approval, and an explanation of the documents delivered.
