Privacy policy.
We collect the minimum of data, solely to respond to your requests, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected
Only the data you enter in the quote and contact forms:
- full name, phone number and/or email address;
- information about your project: type of need, location and area of the land, documents available, message;
- documents you choose to attach (deeds, plans, photos).
Purpose
This data is used exclusively to review your request, to reply to you and, if you entrust us with an assignment, to carry it out. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.
Recipients
Your request is sent by email to the Ellipsoide firm only. The website does not keep a copy of the forms or of the documents sent. In the course of an assignment, some information must necessarily be communicated to the relevant authorities (land registry, cadastre, municipality…), strictly to the extent required by the procedure.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within twelve months. Files for completed assignments are kept for as long as necessary to meet our professional, legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
In accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access and rectify your data and, on legitimate grounds, to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@ellipsoide.ma or to the registered office address, enclosing a copy of your identity document.
You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) — www.cndp.ma.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. The forms are protected against automated submissions, and the server receives regular security updates.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not place any advertising, profiling or audience measurement cookies. The server records technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website; they are kept for a limited period.
