Prepare your quote request
Seven short steps to tell us who you are, what you need, where the land is, which documents you have and when you need the work. At the end you review a clear summary and choose: send it to our firm, send it by WhatsApp, copy it or save it as a PDF. Nothing is sent until you decide.

How it works
A complete request, with nothing left out.
A precise quote request saves us calling you back with basic questions, and lets us reply with the right procedure. The assistant asks these questions one at a time: your profile, your need among the twelve in the quote form, the location, the land status, the documents you have, your deadline and how to reply to you.
If you don't know which service you need, choose “I don't know”: three questions suggest a need, with the reason for the choice and the page that explains it. The list of documents adapts to your need and to the status of the land; it follows what our service pages and our method ask you to prepare.

The tool gives neither price nor timeframe: the written quote is drawn up after reviewing your documents, and administrative timeframes do not depend on us.
Your data
What is sent, and when.
Until you click “Send to the firm”, nothing leaves your device: your answers are kept in this browser so that you can continue later. Attachments are never stored.
When you send, the request is emailed to our firm, as with the quote form, and is used only to reply to you, in accordance with the privacy policy (Law No. 09-08). After sending, the draft is cleared from your browser.
If you choose WhatsApp, it is the WhatsApp application that transmits your message, under its own terms; the pre-filled text contains only what you entered, and you can edit it before sending.
Frequently asked questions
Before you start.
Does a quote request commit me?
No. The quote is free and commits you to nothing. It shows our fees separately from the charges collected by the authorities.
Why doesn't the tool give a price?
Because the price depends on the nature of the service, the area and layout of the land, the required precision, the distance and the number of documents to produce. We do not publish flat rates: the quote is drawn up after reviewing your documents. See also our guide on surveyors' fees.
I have no documents: can I still ask for a quote?
Yes. Bring what you have, even if incomplete: we will tell you what is missing. A copy is enough to start. For each missing document, the tool tells you what it is used for.
I live abroad: how does it work?
Much of the file can be handled remotely: exchanging documents by email or WhatsApp, the quote, follow-up and sending the plans. Some steps require someone on site or a power of attorney; we tell you as soon as we review the file. Give your number with your country code.
Is the map marker compulsory?
No. A municipality, a neighbourhood or a douar is enough. The marker helps us locate the land before calling you; its position remains approximate and does not replace a survey.
What if sending fails?
The error message is displayed and your request stays on screen: you can try again, send it by WhatsApp, copy the message and send it to contact@ellipsoide.ma, or call us.
